Here’s how the institute works. There is one theme per week.
On Sunday, I will introduce the topic, with a relevant quote, which I will also tweet (@jennifershelton).
Monday – a blog (or vlog) about why I chose the topic.
Tuesday – a relevant book/movie/article
Wednesday – a relevant website
Thursday – a woman of the week (in a few months, I’m going to start a “woman of the week” contest; check back for details!)
Friday – an action item or tip
You have the option to sign up for email delivery of a FREE, weekly, condensed version of the theme and relevant resources (see sidebar).
Themes rotate under the topics of beauty (inside and out), health and fitness, love and relationships and money. I also have a “resources” page where I organize resources by type (book, article, website, etc).
I have set this up as a blog site because I want to encourage discussion. Please post on any topic! And, I always welcome suggestions from my readers on themes and resources! Please email me at jennifer@jenniferlshelton.com Be sure to let me know if it’s okay to give you credit for your suggestion.
